Senior Talent & Performance Programs Lead

Jobtailor Singapore is seeking an HR Programs Coordinator to drive quarterly People Connect cycles and support the Future Leaders Program delivery. You will coordinate schedules, reminders, and communications while tracking progress with BI dashboards.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, local People teams, and external vendors, gather participant feedback, and provide structured updates to stakeholders on actions and progress.
