THE ROLE
The Senior Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Manager - EMEA is responsible for translating business strategy into talent outcomes across the region, ensuring the organization has the capabilities, leadership pipelines, and workforce plans needed to support growth and transformation. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and global talent teams, this role drives talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
