Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner position located in Singapore, reporting to Senior Director, Human Resources. Responsible for Talent Acquisition Strategy and Initiatives across Rakuten Viki global offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company talent acquisition strategy, build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
• Lead talent brand strategy, social media presence, platforms, educational institutions and other relevant associations to further drive our talent brand and aid in the attraction of top talent
• Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of regional internal and external markets
• Gather trends and metrics in partnership with the HR organisation to show the health of the client group as it relates to quality of hires, diversity, retention etc.
