Senior System/Network Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT:

• POD Operation Support POSITION: (Senior) System/Network Engineer LOCATION: Austin or Houston, Texas CATEGORY: Exempt, Full Time, 100% On-site.


• Requires flexibility to work day and swing shifts based on operational needs.

JOB FUNCTION:

• Provide level 2 network troubleshooting support on POD testing operations and resolve network issues promptly.


• Proactively engage with the Test Engineer and Production Engineer on the customer’s request or issue to provide support accordingly.
• Building a new testing production network with a server room design according to the customer’s IT standard, if required.
• Responsibilities may involve planning, design and implementation of the POD Room network structure.
• Travel may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain North America inventory for the POD room and production floor.
