WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Senior Systems Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting critical applications and their infrastructure across diverse platforms, including Linux, Windows, and Cloud (On-Prem/Public) environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and innovation of RBC’s IT ecosystem, requiring collaboration with internal stakeholders, third-party providers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with stakeholder needs.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Technical Support:

Manage application support across users using Linux, Windows, and Cloud (On-Prem/Public).

Ensure environmental stability in pre-production and production phases

Develop tools to automate and troubleshoot issues for the application.

Environment Management: Configurations, Security, Maintenance, and Deployments for technologies including Databases, Application Servers & Middleware, Cloud ...
