Senior System Administrator - UAE nationals only

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage on-premise server infrastructure
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies
• Manage backup and recovery systems (e.g., Veeam, Acronis)
• Handle email server management – Microsoft Exchange on‑prem
• Perform system monitoring, patching and hardening to ensure optimal performance and security
• Lead incident response and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and manage IT assets
• Collaborate with internal teams to support IT projects and system upgrades
• Ensure compliance with company and industry IT standards and policies

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Operating Systems: Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022); Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu – intermediate level)
• Virtualization: VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper‑V
