Senior Swim Coach & Centre Manager

At Inspire Mum & Baby, we are passionate about creating positive and memorable experiences for women, babies, children and families. We operate a private indoor heated pool and offer specialised aquatic programmes for babies, children, prenatal and postnatal clients.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Swim Coach & Centre Manager to lead our coaching team, maintain high teaching standards, oversee daily centre operations, and support the continued growth of our programmes.

• Conduct high-quality swim lessons for babies, toddlers, children and families.
• Ensure classes are conducted safely and professionally.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
• Maintain excellent customer service and client experience.
• Uphold the centre's child-led and family-centred teaching philosophy.
