We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to work across our supported living services in Sileby and Loughborough, delivering and overseeing high‑quality support for eight individuals with learning disabilities and/or difficulties, autism, and complex needs.

In this role, you’ll support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes, promoting choice, control, and inclusion in everyday life. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each person receives tailored, person‑centred support that reflects their goals, preferences, and aspirations.
