Take charge of MaintainX's support infrastructure as a Senior Support Systems Administrator. Your expertise in Zendesk and automation will enhance service delivery for over 13,000 enterprise customers.
At MaintainX, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our support systems. This includes owning the Zendesk ecosystem and reliable integrations across various platforms to create a seamless support experience. You will also lead disaster recovery planning and ensure that all system changes meet high-quality standards through thorough testing and documentation.
