In this role you lead the Supplier Quality Engineers overseeing Mechanical Center of Excellence components such as drives, bearings, hardware, and tooling. You drive APQP/PPAP strategies to support NPI and sourcing, while partnering with Engineering and sourcing teams to accelerate product and process development. You design supplier surveillance and 8D problem-solving processes to ensure QMS alignment and risk management. You own KPI targets for the Mechanical SQ function and develop talent within the team. This role blends global scope with hands-on leadership to raise supplier quality in a complex mechanical domain.
