Senior Supervisory Attorney - Insurance Coverage

The American Family Insurance Legal Department is seeking an experienced Coverage Counsel who has demonstrated the ability to multi-task, work independently and in team settings, and deliver results. You will provide legal support for the Claims departments at the American Family companies. You will work on insurance coverage opinions, attend and provide guidance at roundtables and collaborate on best practices claims topics. You will also retain outside counsel on coverage litigation and monitor declaratory judgment actions. The ideal candidate will assist in the continuous improvement and implementation of the legal department strategies and promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
