Senior Supervisor, Mechanical

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all mechanical construction activities related to HVAC systems including ductwork, chilled water piping, equipment installation, insulation and associated mechanical works. Lead and coordinate Mechanical Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors and construction crews to achieve project objectives. Plan daily and weekly work activities in line with project schedules and construction priorities. Review construction drawings, method statements, work procedures, and project specifications before execution. Coordinate with engineering, QA QC, HSE, planning, procurement, scaffolding, lifting, and other construction disciplines to ensure smooth work execution. Monitor work progress, productivity, manpower utilization, and material availability to meet project milestones.
