Senior Suitability Review & Compliance Lead

Horace Mann seeks an experienced Suitability Compliance Leader in Dubai to review financial service product applications for FINRA alignment and supervise a team of suitability analysts. You will design surveillance reporting and deliver training programs for registered representatives, while overseeing regulatory forms and documentation.

The role requires extensive FINRA knowledge, SEC/NASD experience, and the ability to advance Series 51 and 53 within three months of hire.
