Mass Staffing Projects is seeking a Technical Specialist – Structures to lead teams of engineers, designers and draughtspersons across projects and clients in South Africa. The role focuses on improving technical performance and supporting multidisciplinary project delivery with senior management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Engineering and extensive experience (15+ years) including budgeting, QA, and contractual matters.
