Senior Structural Engineer

Overview Our client, an engineering firm specializing in renewable energy, water, and environmental solutions, is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead analysis and design of concrete and steel structures for hydroelectric and water resource projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role serves as a Project Manager or Technical Lead, overseeing multiple projects, deliverables, and client relationships. The position requires strong expertise in structural design, codes and standards, and modeling tools such as SAP2000, RISA-3D, and Revit. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience, proven leadership of engineering teams, and the ability to support projects from design through construction. Strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and experience coordinating with clients, contractors, and regulatory processes are essential. This full-time position is open to candidates located in Peterborough, ON.

Pay range $105,000 - $172,000 CAD DOE
