What You’ll Do
- Lead structural design packages for small–medium projects or own major elements on larger schemes
- Produce and review calculations, models, drawings, and specs
- Apply expert knowledge of UK design codes
- Carry out detailed analysis using industry‑standard tools
- Support programmes, report progress, and contribute to bids and fee proposals
- Bring smart, practical structural solutions that improve buildability and sustainability
- Mentor junior engineers and support their development
