Senior Structural Engineer

Avantis Group is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Engineering team in the UAE on a full‑time basis. The role will support oil & gas and offshore projects, providing advanced structural design, analysis and technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams. The successful candidate will deliver robust structural solutions for steel structures, modules, pipe racks, foundations and offshore structures in compliance with international codes and classification society requirements.

• Structural calculations: perform detailed hand and computer‑based calculations for steel structures, modules, pipe racks, equipment foundations and offshore structures to verify strength, stability and serviceability.
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA): conduct and review advanced FEA using ANSYS, STAAD, SAP2000 or equivalent software to assess local and global behaviour, stress concentrations and load paths.
