Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design and analysis of complex bridge and underpass projects ensuring compliance with RTA specifications and international standards
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for inspections and test plans
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Coordinate with the design team and project managers to resolve technical issues and optimize structural solutions
- Review and approve structural calculations drawings and technical reports
- Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and address any structural concerns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of structural elements with other project components
