Senior Structural Design Engineer

Job Description: An opportunity for a Senior Structural Design Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Airbus Derivatives and NGWS Airframe Design Team. This multidisciplinary and multicultural team is responsible for the end-to-end definition, concept, and development phases of major military and commercial aircraft programs (e.g., NGWS, MRTT, PATMAR, AEWC). The jobholder will reinforce our structural design area, taking part in the definition of complex metallic and composite structures while interfacing with key stakeholders and external Tier-1 suppliers to ensure the highest safety and optimization standards.
