Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and shape strategic initiatives across the company
- Act as a mini GM for key areas like Fuel, owning end-to-end execution
- Use advanced SQL to perform data manipulation and inform strategic decisions
- Develop product-line growth strategies to optimize sales funnels and customer engagement
- Identify, own, and publish operational OKRs and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to scale operations and optimize organizational workflows
- Develop and lead GTM programs for new product lines and manage external vendor relationships
- Present recommendations and results to management and key decision-makers
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales revenue, tech operations, project management, or business analytics
- Advanced level SQL proficiency (required for daily hands‑on work)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
