Senior Strategic CSM & Revenue Growth

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage strategic accounts in Singapore, acting as the primary contact for commercial and success matters. You will collaborate with Account Executives to shape strategic plans and secure quarterly revisions while owning the portfolio quota.

You will lead negotiations for upsells and renewals, monitor CSAT/NPS, prevent churn, and drive cross‑sell opportunities across geographies and use cases, ensuring strong customer outcomes.
