**Minimum qualifications:**

+ 2+ years of learning design and/or learning development experience
+ Up to 25% domestic travel as needed
+ Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines
+ Proficiency in creating learning experiences across multiple delivery modalities including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning approaches
+ Proven ability to align learning and development initiatives with organizational objectives and business outcomes
+ Demonstrated experience in developing curriculum and designing experiential learning activities
