Senior Staff Nurse

To lead a team of healthcare workers in the provision of patient care in the nursing home. You will also assist the nurse Director of Nursing in operation and administrative issues and audit of the home by MSF.

• Oversee nursing standards and ensure quality and safe delivery of resident care in compliance with MOH and internal guidelines.
• Lead and supervise all staff and ensure operation effectiveness of the Nursing Home.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all essential tasks.
• Ensure compliance with nursing and work procedures.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, medication management, and safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
