Senior Staff Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our team within the Acute Medicine Unit at Raigmore Hospital.

The Acute Medicine Unit covers an Acute Assessment Unit, Ambulatory Emergency Care and Medical High Dependency Unit. The Acute Assessment Unit (Ward GA) admits acutely unwell patients direct from the community & Emergency Department. This is a fast paced and interesting environment to work within. On a daily basis you will be responsible for ensuring that you lead your team promoting & providing a high-quality care and developing a positive ward culture. You will encouraging best practice to deliver a high quality of patient care at all times, supervising qualified & unqualified staff members. Successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership, confident communication and effective organizational skills.
