Senior Staff Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to provide hands‑on, full‑cycle accounting support for two business units across North America. This is a high‑ownership role spanning day‑to‑day transactional accounting (billing, AR/AP, cash, JEs) and close/compliance support with a strong emphasis on IFRS (especially IFRS 15 and IFRS 16). The successful candidate will be productive in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) immediately and will help prepare for a planned migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 in 2027.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Own/support full‑cycle accounting for assigned business units, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close.
• Prepare and manage customer billing and invoicing, including review of contracts/SOWs/POs, billing schedules, and revenue timing.
