Senior Speech AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Speech AI Engineer to develop robust voice applications.

• Model development: Design, train, and fine‑tune state‑of‑the‑art Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text‑to‑Speech (TTS) models tailored to specific domains, accents, and multilingual contexts.
• Pipeline Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of voice pipelines.
• Voice Application Architecture and Engineering: Design voice applications that are scalable and have low latency.

• Master / PhD qualification in AI or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience working on Speech AI / LLMs.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with modern speech libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, Whisper, Wav2Vec).
