Job Responsibilities

• Deliver both classroom and web-based core onboarding, employee development, and leadership programs to local and global employee populations.
• Support the development of engaging and interactive training courses using Microsoft PowerPoint, including scripted instructor notes.
• Support the conversion of existing classroom training into web-based formats.
• Create learning resources such as user guides, discussion guides, and knowledge reinforcement materials.
• Provide coaching and team development to managers and employees as needed to support development goals.
• Manage assigned programs and classes within a Learning Management System and SharePoint site.
• Schedule, coordinate, and promote training programs to internal customers.
• Integrate new technologies, such as LMS, LXP, virtual learning, and AI tools, to enhance learning effectiveness.
