Responsibilities
- Execute quarterly People Connect cycles
- Drive structured communications such as schedule and send reminders on quarterly check-ins
- Monitor progress using BI dashboards to track completion rates
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of the Future Leaders Program
- Track participant engagement, attendance, and progression
- Gather structured feedback from participants and stakeholders
- Act as a central coordination point between HRBPs, local People teams, and external vendors
- Provide structured updates to stakeholders on progress and key actions
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, talent, or performance management support role
- Experience supporting performance cycles, HR processes, or talent programs
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools
