Senior Specialist - Stakeholder Management (Railway)

To manage and coordinate stakeholder interfaces, ensuring that all external parties are effectively engaged and project requirements are met without disruption.



Key Responsibilities

• Identify and map all project stakeholders including authorities, utility providers, and third parties
• Coordinate stakeholder approvals, permits, and NOCs
• Manage communication between project teams and external stakeholders
• Track stakeholder deliverables and ensure timely responses
• Resolve conflicts arising from stakeholder requirements or constraints
• Support integration of stakeholder requirements into design and construction plans
• Maintain stakeholder logs and reporting systems

Experience

• Minimum of ten years of experience in stakeholder management within infrastructure or engineering projects
• Experience with rail or transport authorities is advantageous
