At Clarity AI, the Revenue Operations team is the operational engine behind the entire commercial cycle: we keep the CRM healthy, give leadership visibility into the pipeline, spot risks before they turn into churn, and build the tooling that helps Sales and Customer Success sell more and better.
What You’ll Be Doing
- CRM maintenance and administration (HubSpot).
- Data health, property management, workflows, deduplication, and ensuring the pipeline stays a reliable source of truth.
- Support for forecast calls. Prepare the data, make sure opportunities reflect reality, and help ground the forecast conversation in clean information.
- End-to-end sales funnel management. From lead qualification and MQL management, through opportunity creation, all the way to close. Monitor conversion at each stage and identify bottlenecks.
