Senior Specialist Employee Communications

Role mission
Deliver high-impact, user-centric employee communications that strengthen understanding of company priorities and elevate the global communication experience. Lead the SPICE+ ecosystem and ensure editorial consistency across all employee channels (SPICE+, newsletters, SE News App, and Viva Engage), driving accountability for content quality, performance and best-in-class standards.
Act as a skilled strategist and content creator, partnering with business stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment and engaging storytelling for global audiences.

* Own the SPICE+ ecosystem end-to-end, including governance, evergreen pages, news, auditing, and continuous improvement.
* Lead the global editorial calendar across SPICE+, newsletters, videos and Viva Engage.
