Senior Specialist Employee Communications

Role mission Deliver high‑impact, user‑centric employee communications that strengthen understanding of company priorities and elevate the global communication experience. Lead the SPICE+ ecosystem and ensure editorial consistency across all employee channels (SPICE+, newsletters, SE News App, and Viva Engage), driving accountability for content quality, performance and best‑in‑class standards.
