Senior Specialist – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

As a key representative of the Global DEI Office, this role acts as a regional subject matter expert, ensuring that DEI initiatives are effectively implemented while aligned with local labour laws, regulatory requirements, and business priorities. You will partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to drive compliance, mitigate risk, and create measurable inclusion outcomes across the region.

+ Coordinate regional DEI and employment compliance reporting in partnership with HR and Legal teams
+ Monitor and interpret local DEI regulations, providing expert guidance on compliance requirements
