Senior Specialist, Contracts

Review ADNOC Group Companies and ADNOC HQ End Users planned Acquisition Requests related to general services and manpower services for the forthcoming year. Initiate expression of interest / prequalification, develop End User Contract Requests into Requests for Tender (RFT), obtain management approval of Bidder List, act as focal point between End User and Bidders during the Tender Process, control the Tender Process from bid issue to bid submittal, perform commercial evaluation, including negotiation strategy, prepare award recommendation, prepare contract award and related documents for signature, and assist End User with kick‑off meeting with the appointed Contractor.

Provide support and advice on evaluation criteria or methodology, contractual and commercial arrangements, evaluate claims or contract variations, and maintain follow‑up until contract file close‑out.
