Senior Specialist, Benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of regional benefits programs in APAC and MENA, including enrollments and payroll integrations
• Manage external benefits providers, negotiate contracts, and oversee invoices
• Drive strategic planning by researching market trends and analyzing plan utilization data
• Own benefits renewals and the implementation of new programs
• Resolve complex employee escalations and troubleshoot system errors
• Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Onboarding, Finance, and Procurement teams

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing end-to-end benefits programs in MENA and APAC regions
• Deep understanding of health, welfare, and retirement benefits administration
• Proven ability to manage vendors and negotiate contracts
• Strong analytical skills for market benchmarking and trend analysis
