Hunt St, Pty is seeking a Senior Sourcing Consultant based in the Philippines. This remote position involves proactively sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with recruiters to enhance hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and strong skills in using LinkedIn Recruiter.

You will work closely with leadership while managing multiple sourcing campaigns and ensuring high-quality candidate engagement, contributing to a data-informed recruitment process.

The position offers a retainer fee of up to $1500 AUD per month.
