Senior Sound Quality Engineering Lead – Hybrid

Sonova Group seeks a Senior Manager Sound Quality Engineering to lead a team dedicated to evaluating and optimizing the sound quality of hearing solutions. You will work with Signal Processing, Audiology, Software Engineering, Verification and other R&D teams to translate innovative tech into measurable end-user benefit.

You will guide development, verification and optimization of new hearing functions, balancing quality, timelines and customer value while translating strategy into execution.
