Senior Solutions Delivery Manager

Responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, with quality based on the most current project baseline. Define and drive engineering vision and technical strategy aligned with business goals. Guide architecture decisions, technology stack evolution, and system scalability. Ensure engineering solutions meet standards for performance, security, reliability, and maintainability. Ensure production systems meet Service Level Agreement/uptime commitments. Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and post-mortems. Drive improvements in CI/CD, testing, observability, and release processes. Promote DevOps, automation, and reliability best practices. Partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA, Security, UX, and Operations.
