This role is part of a fast-growing technology-driven logistics organisation with offices in the UK and South Africa. The business is focused on using smart allocation and innovative technology to transform customer experience, reduce costs, and improve environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and solve complex software issues to help scale and future-proof the business. Deliver production-ready, logical, and pragmatic code following agile best practices. Communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing blockers and solving problems. Champion improvements in testing techniques and frameworks to achieve quality goals. Mentor and support junior colleagues.
