We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Alicante engineering team. This is a hands-on role for someone who has moved — or is ready to move — from writing code to thinking in systems and architecture. You'll work closely with a team of strong engineers on infrastructure-heavy, technically complex problems that have a real impact on IT teams around the world.

Lansweeper is evolving its engineering organization toward an AI‑native development model, and we’re looking for AI‑Native Senior Software Engineers who combine strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to work effectively in an AI‑augmented workflow.
