Responsibilities:

+ Lead the frontend architecture and rendering system design for a large-scale, real-time collaborative whiteboard.

+ Define and enforce performance standards for frame rate, memory efficiency, and latency under multi-user concurrency.

+ Design distributed state management frameworks leveraging CRDTs, OT, and hybrid conflict-resolution strategies.

+ Conduct in-depth performance investigations using browser profiling tools and low-level trace analysis.

+ Drive architectural reviews, ensuring consistency, modularity, and scalability across all whiteboard subsystems.

+ Mentor engineers in advanced rendering, concurrency control, and state synchronization techniques.

+ Collaborate with backend, design, and PM partners to translate complex technical constraints into product decisions.
