Performance Objectives for Year One Deliver high‑quality enhancements to the Oracle Forms and PL/SQL application estate that meet agreed business requirements. Improve the performance, maintainability and reliability of existing application code through targeted refactoring and optimisation. Resolve complex production and database issues by identifying root causes, implementing durable fixes and documenting learning. Build and strengthen production integrations across REST, SOAP and WCF services, using appropriate XML and JSON payload handling.
