About the Role
The Senior Social Media Specialist is a senior strategic and operational role responsible for driving the performance, growth, and creative excellence of Mindvalley’s global social media presence.
This role oversees the execution of content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms — managing any social media specialists and collaborating with creators, video editors, and brand teams. A key function of this role is integrating social content with Mindvalley’s wider organic strategy, including close collaboration with SEO and content teams to maximize reach, discoverability, and engagement.
This person is both a manager and performance optimizer — comfortable briefing and reviewing scripts, leading cross‑functional workflows, and mentoring a high‑performing team to produce emotionally resonant, platform‑native content.
