You are the end-to-end owner of Coty China’s social ecosystem strategy.

You will lead the development of POE investment strategy, content & creative strategy, KOL & livestreaming strategy, and platform selection frameworks for all Coty fragrance brands.
This role is 80% social investment strategy + 20% Coty Fragrance Captainship projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES


80% SOCIAL STRATEGY & INVESTMENT PLANNING

  • POE Strategy & Budget Ownership

  • Platform Strategy & Selection Frameworks

  • KOL / KOC / Livestreaming Strategy

  • Social Content & Creative Assets Strategy

  • Measurement, KPI System & Optimization Loop

    • 20% FRAGRANCE CAPTAINSHIP & STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
