Senior Site Manager – £140m Residential Development | Luton
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a growing main contractor on a flagship £140m residential development in Luton, comprising 292 new homes and a Community Hub.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering a major residential scheme while joining a business experiencing significant growth. The company is forecasting turnover of £160m-£180m this year, increasing to £250m next year, with a substantial pipeline of secured projects. They currently employ around 40-50 Senior Site Managers and Site Managers across the business and are looking to strengthen the team with a further 20 hires over the next 12 months.
