A well-established Derby-based main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to join its growing team. Thepany delivers projects across the retail,mercial, education and industrial sectors, with project values ranging from £1m to £10m.The initial project is a 45-week scheme in Hull, with a strong pipeline of future work located throughout the Midlands.

Your new role

You will take full responsibility for the delivery of a refurbishment and fit-out project in Hull. The scheme will begin with a strip-out and refurbishment phase, followed by a 10-week design and pre-construction period, before moving into the final installation and fit-out stage.

You will be responsible for:

Managing all day-to-day site operations.

Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

Ensuring health, safety, quality and programme targets are achieved.
