Responsibilities
- Interpret and implement technical drawings, specifications, and engineering plans. Liaise with design engineers to clarify technical details and incorporate design modifications as required.
- Review/Accept/Comment technical submittals and contractor proposals, including shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, and general site queries.
- Supervise and manage day‑to‑day site operations and ensure construction activities align with approved engineering plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality.
- Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to the development of construction methodologies and risk assessments.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and construction problems on‑site.
- Develop and implement the ‘Inspection & Testing Plan’ to maintain project standards and quality.
