Senior ServiceNow BA – Digital Transformation

Endava is seeking a ServiceNow Functional Consultant to drive digital transformation by gathering requirements and bridging business and technology. You will lead workshops, document detailed needs, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow configurations.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Knowledge of ALM tools and ServiceNow features is a plus.
