Senior Service Engineer, Mechanical - 4-Stroke Engines

We are looking for a Senior Service Engineer Mechanical to join our Field Service team in Spain, leading and executing complex service activities on 4‑stroke marine engines and propulsion systems. In this role, you will act as the key technical expert on‑site, guiding the work, supporting the team, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field service operations for mechanical works on 4‑stroke engines and propulsion systems
• Perform and oversee advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities at customer sites
• Take ownership of major overhauls, including disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of critical components
• Execute and lead commissioning and start‑up activities for new installations
