Budds’ Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to add to our customer service experience in our busy Service Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands OEM processes, and can mentor junior advisors while delivering exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer intake & consultation — Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and document repair needs accurately


• Repair order management — Create, review, and update ROs with precise concern, cause, and correction details


• Technical communication — Liaise with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely updates
